Some deadlines move. This one has started.

Group 2's first mandatory reporting year is already underway, and Group 3 follows from FY2027–28. The report covers the whole year, so your governance, data and risk assessment all count from now.

Companies that start early write about what they did. Companies that start late explain what they missed. Starting now means around 90% of your climate statement can be drafted before year end, with the evidence file ready for assurance.
