Where we advertise the True North Guarantee, these are the terms. First session: if the first scheduled session of a new engagement does not provide value in your reasonable view, we refund that session's fee (for retainers, the first month's fee), and you keep all materials produced in it. Deliverables: we support deliverables we produced through your assurance process at no additional charge, and if your appointed assurance provider raises a written finding that relates to our work, we rework it at no charge, and refund the fee for that piece of work if we cannot resolve it. The guarantee applies to work delivered by True North ESG, excludes issues arising from information we were not given, and does not make True North ESG an assurance provider.
